Be a Super Dinner Host with this Dessert



Bake Brie with Citrus Blueberry Sauce




1    5”x5” piece of puff pastry
1        4 oz. tin of brie


2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup orange juice
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice from 1 lime
½ cup honey



·         Thaw one sheet of 5 inch puff pastry

·         Wrap brie cheese with puff pastry

·         Place pastry seam side down on a baking sheet with parchment paper

·         Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

·         While pastry cools – combine all sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes

·         Cut brie into wedges

·         Ladle sauce over wedges
