Guests Survey

Thanks to all of you who responded to our on-line survey.Out of 1798  responses, 1789 previous guests said the would reccommend Whitestone to a friend. The company who conducted the survey was thrilled with that level of approval.

Now I am sitting around wondering what we did to frustrate the 9 who would not encourage a friend to come Everyone says that 1789 out of 1798 is as good as you can do, but I really wish I knew how to get the 9 back. Maybe they weren’t unhappy but just didn’t want to go out on a limb with reccommendations.  O well, I’ve got to get back to work if I expect to get thoses approval numbers higher.
