All retreat owners in the Sanctuary have full access to Whitestone Hospitality Services. Whitestone has earned the AAA Four Diamond Award for Bed and Breakfast Inns for twelve years running, so allow us to host you and your guests with our acquired expertise! These services include:
- Central Reservations System: Sanctuary homeowners can place their property in the Whitestone rental pool. When owners are not using their retreat residence, they can lease it to others and gain a split rental income to offset the costs of their home. Owners can also join Whitestone in blessing those is full time ministry with reduced rental rates for lodging. And should an owner want to offer their retreat home to friends or family members, there’s no need to make special arrangements to get them a key or determine which dates the retreat is available. Let Whitestone’s staff take care of the details, and you can enjoy blessing others with the use of your retreat without the hassle!
- Housekeeping: When retreat owners share their retreat property with friends and family, a simple cleaning fee will ensure the retreat is sparkling clean and ready with fresh linens for the owners or the next guests.
- Grounds and Maintenance: For second-home owners in the Sanctuary, lawns and landscaping are maintained by Whitestone. Building maintenance is available for a fee. Full-time residents may provide their own upkeep.
- Food Service: Owners and their guests may enjoy the fine dining at Whitestone Inn, order a catered meal, have a picnic basket prepared for take out, or even have a chef prepare a special meal in the privacy of the retreat residence.
- Concierge Services: Let Whitestone’s hospitality staff help you plan your visit. The concierge can make a golf tee time for you, reserve the tennis courts, plan a paddle excursion on the lake, or make dinner reservations for you at the Inn. They can even fill a grocery order for you to have a freshly stocked refrigerator, or a fire built in the fireplace, ready to light when you arrive.
