Check In/Check Out
Check in is from 3-7pm at the School House at the Main Entrance. If you arrive before 3pm, you are welcome to enjoy the grounds and common areas. Please call if you are going to arrive after 7pm.
Check- out time is 11 am so we may prepare your room for the incoming guests.
Gratuities / Resort Fee
Gratuities are neither expected nor anticipated at Whitestone. We add a 10% service charge to your final bill. This includes all services as well as the variety of recreational activities at the Inn.
Because of our remote location, we offer on-site dining to our guests. Reservations for dinner are required. Please contact us to make your reservations. We have a variety of different meals to choose from and we will respond promptly to your email or your call.
When there are more than 2 guests in a room a $35/per person fee applies to the reservation.
We are a smoke-free facility. Smoking is allowed on porches and on the grounds.
We do not allow pets of any sort at our facility.
A confirmed reservation cancelled more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date may be charged a $10 administrative fee.
A reservation cancelled within 14 days or less of your arrival date, will be charged for the nights reserved unless we can re-rent the guestroom.
If you do not arrive on the confirmed date or depart before the final date, you will be charged the full amount of your confirmed stay.
