Fresh and delicious cantaloupe and mint soup recipe.
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup of honey (More or less depending on the sweetness of the Cantaloupe.)
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
- Remove skin and seeds from Cantaloupe
- Puree Cantaloupe in food processor or blender with honey and Mint leaves until you reach a smooth consistency
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
- Just before serving whisk in Heavy cream.
